3.        Wide pleat spacing and smooth, hydrophobic PTFE provides excellent dust cake release

4.        Excellent resistance to chemical erosion

Construction:

1.        Top cap: open steel plate, no rust

2.        End cap: open or closed steel plate, no rust

3.        Filter surface: various available

4.        Inner core: galvanized mesh

5.        Outer strip band: two pieces as reinforcement

6.        Gasket: specialty rubber to ensure airtight sealing

Chemical Resistance:

1.        Oil and water resistance: Excellent

2.        Hydrolysis resistance: Very good

3.        Acid resistance: Good

4.        Alkaline Resistance: Good 

Dust Release: Excellent

Applicable Temperature: Moisture 90°C, Dry 120°C
